Chevron Conveyor Belt

Chevron conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and chevron.Chevron shape and height(depth) may be different because of different conveyed material and gradient of conveyor.

Uses:

Chevrons conveyor belt is suitable for conveying loose, powdered,granulated , small lump  and bagged materials on inclined surface at angles of less than 40 degrees.

Characteristics:

The circle pattern has a large coefficient in friction ,and it can increase the resistant during the movement, and also it can prevent the slip down of materials; the tip angle of the V or Y pattern is of the central line which makes the carried materials can be collected to the center.

We have different chevron pattern,such as "V" pattern,"G" pattern and "U" pattern and some others. Customer can also order other chevrons pattern as well.
